"Accessories" Accessories may change at any time from the manufacture. As long as the actual functionality does not change. This includes game controllers, adapters, harnesses, cables, remotes, cds etc.
"Unwanted Returns" You may return new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a refund. New, unopened items will be assest a 20% repackaging fee as well as Original "actual" shipping charges. ( "Actual" is the cost of shipping the item to your address for items with Free shipping ) Credits being placed back on customer Credit Cards, will incure a 5% Fee for processing.
Exchanges: There are no Exchanges. If a customer needs to return an item for a different color, or another item, the entire original package must be returned and is subject to the 20% Repackaging fee. A refund will be issued at the time the return is received. The customer must re-order the new package needed, creating a new order and submitting a new payment.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. No returns for any reason will be allowed after this time period has expired. a 20% fee and Original Actual Shipping will be deducted the refund once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse. Any altered items received from the buyer, either cosmetically or electronically will automatically void and null any offered warrantys from us or the manufacture.
Cancelled Orders which are already processed but not shipped: Member may request a refund back to the credit card or Paypal in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
Accessories such as Power Harnesses, RCA cables, headphones, remote controls, cigarette adapters, game controllers and game disks, are not returnable for refund or covered under warranty unless they arrive damaged or non operational and we are notified within 48hrs of the delivery date of the order.
Free Shipping option: Return Shipping of an item, for any reason, when free shipping is chosen, is the responcibilty of the buyer. Eliteautosound-sales will pay for one way shipping back to a buyer to replace an item for any reason.
All original actual shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued. We must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery. In addition the incorrect item must remain in its complete original condition, be unused, and at the point of return contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all accessories protective coverings and packing materials.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States an Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
This Option is for residential address only. Orders with shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI, and PR must choose a USPS Shipping Option During Checkout. Orders for these Locations in which the buyer chooses Free Shipping, will be shipped Parcel Post and the shipping charge automatically placed using the payment method on file for that buyer.
